Delete your Curevise account

Curevise is made by Hadian Labs, Dhaka, Bangladesh. You can delete your account in the app, or ask us by email.

In the app

1. Open Curevise and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
4. Type your password and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted at once, and Curevise clears everything it saved on your phone.

By email

If you cannot use the app, email security@curevise.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. We reply to check that the request is yours, and delete the account within 7 days of your reply.

Changed your mind?

You have 30 days. Sign in with your email and password and choose Restore my account, or email us. After 30 days your account is erased for good.

What is deleted

• Your profile: your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, gender, registration number, college, session and exams.
• Your password, and your sign-ins on every device.
• Your card notes.
• The words of the support messages and card reports you sent.

What we keep, and why

• Payment records, for tax and refunds, as the law requires.
• Security records of what our staff did on your account, and what we need to stop a banned account coming back.
• Study numbers that no longer name you: which cards and questions were answered and how, linked to no name, email or profile.

Copies in our routine backups expire on their own. If we ever restore a backup, we delete your account again before it is used.
