Curevise Terms of Use

1. Who we are
Curevise is a product of Hadian Labs, Dhaka, Bangladesh, owned by Dr Md Hadisur Rahman. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Hadian Labs, and "you" means the person using Curevise.
By creating an account or using Curevise, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
- An account is for one person. Do not share your account or your password, and do not let anyone else study on it.
- The details you give us when you sign up must be true and your own.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password and tell us.
3. Our content
The cards, questions, explanations, images, videos and other material in Curevise belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright.
We give you a personal licence to use this content for your own study, in the app, while your account is open and, for paid content, while your access lasts.
You may not copy, record, publish, sell or share our content, in whole or in part, outside the app, or use it to build or train another product or service.
Notes you write on cards are yours.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- try to get around how the app delivers or protects content, or reach content that is not unlocked on your account;
- copy content out of the app by automated or manual means;
- interfere with the service, or try to access an account or data that is not yours;
- use Curevise to break the law;
- write anything unlawful or abusive, or anyone else's personal details, in a note or a report. Never enter a patient's details.
5. Medical information
Curevise is for education and exam preparation. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace clinical judgement, local guidelines or a current formulary.
We prepare and check our content carefully, but medicine changes and mistakes can happen. Always check doses, interactions and treatment decisions against a current formulary and local guidance before using them in practice. If you find a mistake, report it from the card.
6. Payments
Some chapters are paid. The price, and the date your access ends, are shown before you pay.
Once a chapter is unlocked on your account, the payment is not refundable — except where we cannot provide the chapter you paid for, in which case we refund you.
7. Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing security@curevise.com, as our privacy policy describes.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — for example, a shared account, or content copied out of the app. If we close an account for breaking these terms, payments already made are not refunded.
8. Liability
We provide Curevise as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we do not promise any exam result.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of Curevise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We publish each new version at https://curevise.com/terms with a new version string and date. If a change materially affects you, we will give you notice before it takes effect.
